These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Your Business Best Friend, LLC, DBA Kim Fix My Credit (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer credit education, consulting, and document preparation services to help clients understand and manage their credit.

 Our services do not guarantee specific results, deletion of items, or changes to your credit score.

2. Compliance with Laws

We operate in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all applicable state laws.

 We do not charge for services until they have been performed in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information to assist in delivering services.

Respond to our communications in a timely manner.

Maintain your own copies of documents provided to or received from us.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be disclosed before you are charged.

If applicable, sales tax will be applied to taxable services.

Recurring payments will be billed automatically based on your selected plan until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

Because our services include time, labor, and immediate work performed after payment, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or if otherwise stated in writing.

6. Client Portal

If you are provided access to our secure client portal , you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any credit score changes (positive or negative)

Actions or decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. No Legal Advice

Our services are for educational purposes only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation, recurring charges will stop, but previously completed services remain billable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
